VNSGU Student Wins Gold Medal in Bharatanatyam, Brings Glory to University

Surat:  A student of Veer Narmad South Gujarat University (VNSGU) has made the institution proud by securing a gold medal in Bharatanatyam.

Radha Anjali Ajitsinh Gadhvi, a student of M.A. (Psychology) at MTB Arts College under VNSGU, and simultaneously pursuing M.P.A. (Bharatanatyam) from Sarvajanik University, achieved this remarkable milestone under the guidance of her mentor,  Payalben Bhatt.

On August 24, 2025, she appeared for the Alankar (M.A. Bharatanatyam) examination conducted by the Mahagujarat Gandharva Sangeet Samiti, where she secured the first rank in Gujarat and was awarded the prestigious gold medal.

Radha Anjali has consistently excelled at both academic and cultural platforms. She has won first place at an international competition, emerged victorious twice in youth festivals, and bagged several awards at inter-college and university-level competitions.

Her achievements highlight her excellence in both academics and the arts, bringing immense pride not only to VNSGU but also to the entire South Gujarat region.

Congratulating her on this success, VNSGU Vice Chancellor Dr. Kishorsinh N. Chawda and Registrar Dr. Rameshdan C. Gadhvi extended their best wishes for her future endeavors.
