Ahmedabad, 28 Aug 2025: In an era when gadgets often replace genuine conversations, the Global Head of Sadhu Vaswani Mission, Didi Krishna Kumari, has arrived in Gujarat with a timeless message of compassion, unity, and selfless service. Her visit has already touched thousands, inspiring parents, teachers, and youth to rediscover the values of love, empathy, and spiritual awareness.

After visiting Surat, Vadodara, Rajkot, and Junagadh, Didi Krishna Kumari is now in Ahmedabad, where she is participating in a series of discourses and community interactions. Addressing parents at one gathering, she emphasized the need to spend quality time with children, warning that while gadgets have multiplied, meaningful guidance is often missing.

“Children are like sponges – they observe and imitate their parents. If we want them to change, we must first change ourselves. Parents must become role models,” she said.

Highlighting the impact of technology on relationships, she observed that devices created to save time have now become major distractions, even breaking family bonds.

During her visit, Didi has also stressed the importance of value-based education, urging teachers and parents to instill love, compassion, self-discipline, and spiritual awakening in the younger generation. “True happiness cannot be bought; it must be cultivated through simplicity, service, and love,” she reminded.

Her Gujarat tour comes soon after the inauguration of “Rev. Dada Vaswani Way” and the “Truth and Love Garden” in Secaucus City, New Jersey – developments that drew appreciation from Prime Minister Narendra Modi in a personal letter.

The spiritual leader will also address educational institutions, Sindhi community forums, and public gatherings across Ahmedabad and Gandhinagar, including a lecture on the Sindhi language at Sardar Patel Memorial on August 30, a public discourse at Sindhu Bhavan on August 31, and a special session at Gandhinagar University on September 1.

Her journey also sheds light on two of the Mission’s global initiatives: the World Meatless Day on November 25 – embraced by over 258 million people so far – and the Moment of Calm, a worldwide peace movement observed annually on August 2 at 2 p.m., promoting forgiveness and inner peace.

Dr. A. N. Kukreja (Chairman), and Dr. Manju Nichani (Director) and CA S. K. Sadhwani (Secretary) of the Sadhu Vaswani Institute of Learning were present at the press meet addressed by Didi Krishna Kumari.

Beyond spiritual discourses, the Sadhu Vaswani Mission continues to serve in areas of education, healthcare, rural development, disaster relief, and preservation of the Sindhi language.
