Swadeshotsav 2025 to Be Held at Gujarat University Ground in Ahmedabad from December 5–9

A grand Swadeshotsav 2025 will be organized at the Gujarat University Ground in Ahmedabad from December 5 to 9, 2025. The festival will be inaugurated on December 5, 2025, by Union Home and Cooperation Minister Amit Shah. The event will run through December 9 at the same venue. Swadeshotsav 2025 aims to promote indigenous products, offer a national platform to MSMEs and startups, and strengthen the vision of Atmanirbhar Bharat.
Preparations for the event began with divine blessings and the presence of revered saints. On November 29, 2025, the Bhoomi Pujan ceremony marked the commencement of dome installation and fabrication work. The ceremony was attended by Jagatguru Dilip Deva Yaryaji Maharaj (President, Akhil Bharatiya Sant Samiti – Gujarat; Jagannath Temple, Karnavati), Mahamandaleshwar Vaishnav Samrat Mohandasji Maharaj (Executive President, Akhil Bharatiya Sant Samiti – Gujarat; Sai Mandir, Thaltej), Gau Bhakt Chaitanya Shambhu Maharaj (Viroyanagar), and Mahant Damodar Dasji (Ramji Mandir Karkathal; Joint Mahamooli, Akhil Bharatiya Sant Samiti – Gujarat).
The ceremony was hosted by Nirmal Patel (Co-Coordinator, Swadeshi Jagran Manch) and Hardik Vachhani (Coordinator – Swaalambi Bharat Abhiyan; Treasury Head – Swadeshi Jagran Manch). Bharat Patel (Hon. Director – Gujarat Province), Pratibha Jain (Mayor – Ahmedabad), and Manohar Lal Agrawal (West Zone Organizer – Swadeshi Jagran Manch) attended as special guests.
