Vegetarian Winter Immunity Kadha
A strong Ayurvedic drink to fight cold, cough, flu, and keep the body warm.
Ingredients (Serves 2–3)
- 2 cups water
- 1 inch fresh ginger (crushed)
- 1 inch fresh turmeric or ½ tsp turmeric powder
- 5–6 tulsi leaves
- 4–5 black peppercorns (crushed)
- 1 small cinnamon stick
- 2 cloves
- 1 tsp jaggery (optional)
- 1 tsp lemon juice
Method
- Boil water in a pan.
- Add ginger, turmeric, tulsi, pepper, cinnamon, and cloves.
- Boil on low flame for 10–12 minutes until reduced slightly.
- Strain the kadha.
- Add jaggery and lemon just before drinking.

Non-Vegetarian Winter Healing Mutton Soup (Paya-Inspired, Mild Version)
Rich in collagen, warming spices, and perfect for bone strength & recovery.
Ingredients
- 250g mutton with bones
- 1 medium onion (sliced)
- 1 tsp ginger-garlic paste
- 1 bay leaf
- ½ inch cinnamon
- 3–4 peppercorns
- ½ tsp turmeric
- ½ tsp cumin
- Salt to taste
- 3 cups water
- Fresh coriander for garnish
Method
- Wash mutton well; pressure cook it with all ingredients for 5–6 whistles.
- Simmer on low heat for 10 more minutes for richer flavour.
- Strain (optional) for a clear soup.
- Garnish with coriander and serve warm.
