Swarrnim Startup and Innovation University Hosts Mega Job Fair 2026; Over 800 Students Participate

Swarrnim Startup and Innovation University organised Campus Se Career – Swarrnim Mega Job Fair 2026 at its campus, drawing an overwhelming response from students and recruiters across multiple sectors. Out of nearly 1,400 registrations, 819 students actively participated in the full-day on-campus recruitment drive.

The job fair was organised by the university’s Training & Placement Cell in association with Sharda School of Pharmacy, IAR University, K B Raval College of Pharmacy, and in collaboration with the District Employment Exchange, Gandhinagar. The initiative aimed to bridge the gap between academia and industry while creating meaningful employment opportunities for graduating students.

Around 35 leading recruiters from diverse industries including pharmaceuticals, chemicals, IT, automobiles, agritech and healthcare took part in the event. Prominent companies such as Zydus Hospitals and Healthcare Research Pvt. Ltd., Tech Mahindra, Torrent Pharmaceuticals Ltd, Lenskart Pvt Ltd, Deedy Chemicals Pvt. Ltd., JR Automation Technology Private Limited, Ishan Technologies and Kiran Motors Ltd. were among those that conducted interviews and shortlisted candidates.

Students from engineering, management, computing and IT, agriculture, pharmaceuticals, science and healthcare streams appeared for interviews. They were offered roles such as Plant Supervisor/QA-QC Chemist, Graduate Engineer Trainee, Pharmacist, Network Field Engineer, Service Advisor, Agri Advisor, IT Support and Sales & Marketing Executive. The salary packages offered ranged from ₹2.5 lakh per annum to ₹8 lakh per annum.

 

Speaking on the occasion, Adi Rishabh Jain, Vice President of the university, said the job fair was designed not only to secure employment opportunities for students but also to strengthen industry-academia collaboration. He emphasised that the university focuses on preparing career-ready graduates who understand workplace expectations from the outset, thereby ensuring a seamless transition from campus to career while contributing to Gujarat’s skilled workforce ecosystem.
