Spanning approximately 12,00,000 sq. ft., the development is built to accommodate up to 5,000 guests at a time, positioning it among Gujarat’s most expansive event-led hospitality venues. The property also offers parking for around 1,500 vehicles, addressing a key requirement for high-footfall gatherings in a rapidly growing city like Ahmedabad.
A standout feature of the destination is its extensive event infrastructure. With over 32 contemporary banquet venues, including a 40,000 sq. ft. grand pillarless ballroom, the property is designed for versatility across event formats. It also includes conference rooms, meeting spaces, and a state-of-the-art auditorium equipped with advanced acoustics, making it well-suited for MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions) activities.
