Method

  1. Grind soaked rice into a coarse paste.
  2. Boil milk and slowly add the rice paste while stirring continuously.
  3. Cook on low flame until thick and creamy.
  4. Add sugar, cardamom, and rose water.
  5. Chill in clay bowls and garnish with nuts and rose petals.

Honey Lemon Yogurt Mousse
