Continuing to elevate Gujarat’s retail and dining landscape, Palladium Ahmedabad has welcomed Nando’s, the globally celebrated home of flame-grilled PERi-PERi, marking the brand’s first-ever restaurant in Gujarat.
The launch is another milestone in Palladium Ahmedabad’s journey to introduce globally renowned brands and first-to-market experiences, further strengthening its position as a destination where luxury retail, exceptional dining and immersive lifestyle experiences come together. Ahmedabad officially got its first taste of Nando’s this Friday evening as the global home of flame-grilled PERi-PERi hosted an exclusive launch celebration to mark the opening of its first restaurant in Gujarat, at Palladium Ahmedabad. The event hosted by Radhika Bhuptani, founder, The Open Slate saw attendance from some of Ahmedabad’s most prominent entrepreneurs, creators, food influencers, lifestyle personalities and members of the city’s social fraternity, who were among the first to experience the brand’s signature flame-grilled PERi-PERi.
Notable attendees included: Heena Somani, ⁠Falguni Vasawda, Diya Khurana, JJ & Kajal Chopra, ⁠Aatmi Shah & Devanshi Sheth. Designed as more than just a restaurant launch, the evening celebrated the culture, flavour and personality that have made Nando’s a global favourite. Guests experienced the brand’s iconic flame-grilled PERi-PERi chicken, signature dishes, refreshing beverages, contemporary South African artwork and the warm hospitality that defines every Nando’s Casa. Bringing the experience to life, Mumbai based Artist & Community known for their Afro events – DJ RV & AfroLove’s Founder Jeevan Sawan kept the energy high with Afro-Luso beats, creating an atmosphere that reflected the vibrant spirit of the brand.
The new Nando’s Casa enriches Palladium Ahmedabad’s premium dining portfolio with its distinctive Afro-Portuguese design, contemporary South African-inspired interiors and globally loved flame-grilled PERi-PERi flavours. Alongside its legendary chicken, the menu features an extensive selection of vegetarian options, signature beverages and customisable PERi-PERi flavours, making it an ideal destination for everything from weekday lunches to family dinners and celebrations.
