5. South Korea protests Ukraine’s disclosure of North Korean POW transfer
A diplomatic dispute has emerged between Seoul and Kyiv after Ukraine publicly disclosed the transfer of two North Korean prisoners of war to South Korea. Seoul has demanded an apology from Ukraine.
