Chiripal Group Celebrates 54 Years of Growth, Recognises Employee Sporting Achievements, Celebrates Teamwork, Talent and Sporting Excellence
Ahmedabad-headquartered Chiripal Group celebrated its 54th Foundation Day at Pandit Deendayal Upadhyay Auditorium on Wednesday, with renowned Bollywood actor Boman Irani attending as the Chief Guest and Asian Games bronze medallist and squash athlete Suraj Chand as the Guest of Honour.
The celebrations brought together the Group’s promoters, employees and staff members for an evening of performances, sporting recognition and reflection on the organisation’s journey and achievements.
Addressing the gathering, Boman Irani emphasised the importance of hard work, perseverance and humility in achieving success. He encouraged employees to remain committed to their work and not allow the rewards of success to overshadow their responsibilities.
“There are no shortcuts in life. There are no magic bullets. You have to pay your dues,” Irani said, urging employees to give their best to every responsibility and remain grounded as they progress in their careers.
Suraj Chand’s presence highlighted the Group’s commitment to supporting sporting talent through its Chiripal Squash Excellence Programme, which aims to provide athletes with opportunities to develop their skills and compete at higher levels.
The event began with an employee talent show featuring singing, dancing and other performances. The formal programme included a presentation tracing Chiripal Group’s journey, followed by a cake-cutting ceremony marking the milestone.
The celebrations also recognised winners of the Chiripal Spark Sports Festival 2026, with medals presented to employees for their performances across various sporting events. The annual festival encourages participation in sports, promotes discipline and teamwork, and strengthens camaraderie among employees across the Group’s businesses.
Speaking on the occasion, Ronak Chiripal, Promoter, Chiripal Group, said the Foundation Day provided an opportunity to reflect on the Group’s growth and acknowledge the contributions of its employees.
He highlighted the importance of creating opportunities for employees to connect beyond their professional responsibilities, adding that initiatives such as the Chiripal Spark Sports Festival foster participation, team spirit and a culture of continuous growth.
