Sri Lotus Developers and Realty Limited has announced the launch of its Initial Public Offering (IPO), which will open for subscription on Wednesday, July 30, 2025, and close on Friday, August 1, 2025.
The price band has been fixed at ₹140 to ₹150 per equity share of face value ₹1 each.
The IPO is entirely a fresh issue worth ₹792 crore, with no offer-for-sale component. Investors can bid for a minimum of 100 equity shares and in multiples thereof. A special discount of ₹14 per equity share is offered to eligible employees participating under the employee reservation portion.

Backed by a strong legacy in the ultra-luxury and luxury redevelopment realty sector of Mumbai, Sri Lotus Developers and Realty Ltd operates under the brand name “Lotus Developers”. Their focus spans high-end residential and commercial projects in key western suburbs and is now expanding into premium localities like Nepean Sea Road, Prabhadevi, and Ghatkopar.
Strong Financials and Project Pipeline
As of June 30, 2025, the company has delivered 0.93 million sq ft of developable space and has 4 completed projects, 5 ongoing, and 11 upcoming projects. The company operates across three project models: Greenfield, Redevelopment, and Joint Development.
Sri Lotus reported a 19.09% increase in revenue from operations—from ₹461.57 crore in FY24 to ₹549.68 crore in FY25. Profit after tax surged by 90.21%, reaching ₹227.89 crore in FY25 from ₹119.81 crore in FY24, driven by robust sales in the luxury segment.
The project portfolio includes:
- Luxury Residential Segment: 2BHK–3BHK flats priced between ₹3 crore to ₹7 crore.
- Ultra-Luxury Residential Segment: 3BHK, 4BHK, and penthouses priced above ₹7 crore.
- Commercial Segment: Office developments in prime zones.
The issue is being made through the book-building process, with up to 50% of the net issue reserved for qualified institutional buyers (QIBs), 15% for non-institutional investors (NIIs), and at least 35% for retail investors.

The IPO is being managed by Monarch Networth Capital Limited and Motilal Oswal Investment Advisors Limited, with KFin Technologies Limited as the registrar.
