The Shela Auditorium in Ahmedabad came alive with celebration and inspiration as Chiripal Group, one of India’s leading diversified conglomerates, marked its Foundation Day in grand style. The evening’s special charm was the presence of acclaimed Bollywood actor Vikrant Massey, who graced the occasion as the Chief Guest, captivating the audience with his warmth, wit, and wisdom.

As part of the celebrations, a special felicitation ceremony was held to honour the winners of the recently concluded Chiripal Spark Sports Fest 2025 and recognise special achievers from across the Group’s companies. The high-spirited event celebrated excellence, teamwork, and the enduring values that define the Chiripal legacy.

The ceremony was attended by the Group’s promoters — Vedprakash Chiripal,  Jyotiprakash Chiripal, Jaiprakash Chiripal, Brijmohan Chiripal,  Deepak Chiripal, Vishal Chiripal,  Ronak Chiripal, and Vansh Chiripal — who shared the stage with Vikrant Massey, adding to the moment’s grandeur.

A key highlight of the evening was a candid conversation between Ronak Chiripal and Vikrant Massey, where the actor opened up about his professional journey, life lessons, and the significance of staying authentic in a fast-changing world. The session transitioned into an engaging Open House, with Vikrant answering questions from Chiripal Group employees and sharing insights from his acting career.

Reflecting on his journey, Vikrant Massey said, “Success is not a single moment, it’s a continuous journey. What I am today is the result of my mistakes, mindfulness and experiences. If you take care of your people and stay true to your values, the path opens automatically.”

He further added, “Every milestone is built on values and hard work. My parents taught me that everyone has a different perspective on life — and learning from others’ experiences is also an art. I believe success lies in staying grounded, taking responsibility, and growing together.”

Commemorating 53 years of the Group’s inspiring journey, Ronak Chiripal, Promoter, Chiripal Group, said,“Our story has been one of resilience, innovation, and the relentless pursuit of excellence. From humble beginnings to becoming a diversified conglomerate, our growth is driven by passion, people, and purpose. As we celebrate this milestone, we renew our commitment to sustainability, innovation, and the values that have shaped who we are.”

The Foundation Day also recognised long-serving employees who have dedicated over 35 years of service, honouring their loyalty and contributions with Long Service Awards. In addition, employees who donated blood five times or more during the Group’s annual blood donation drive were felicitated for their spirit of giving.

Capping the evening’s celebrations, Vikrant Massey felicitated the winners of the Chiripal Spark Sports Fest 2025, held from September 12 to 25, 2025. The fest brought together over 500 employees from across Chiripal Group companies, competing in seven sports — badminton, table tennis, carrom, cricket, volleyball, running, and chess — fostering camaraderie, teamwork, and the true spirit of sportsmanship.

The Foundation Day thus became not just a celebration of the Group’s illustrious past but also an inspiring reflection of its vibrant, people-first future — one where talent, humility, and innovation continue to drive the Chiripal legacy forward.
