Global Gujarati Federation to confer Salute India NRI Award to talented and Committed NRIs

Ahmedabad, Jan 7: Global Gujarati Federation (GGF) will confer ‘Salute India NRI Award’ to eight (8) NRIs and Salute India Award to three (3) Gujaratis on 9th January.
GGF confers this awards to talented and committed NRIs who have contributed for the society.
The award function is being organised at Ahmedabad Management Association on 9th January.
Padmashri Kumarpal Desai and Padmashri Joravarsinh Jadav will be the chief guests at the occasion.
Giving details about the Salute India Award, Ramesh Tanna, founder said “More than two crore Indians are settled abroad which comprises of 35 % Gujaratis. GGF identifies the NRIs who have contributed lot for the society and our country. GGF felicitates honours the achievement and contribution of such people every year. They are the ones who make Gujarat and India proud .”
He also said “On this occasion two books in Gujarati-Samajni Shradhha and Positive stories will also released by the people who are featured in this book.”
