Ahmedabad has become the latest destination for one of India’s most immersive photography experiences as FUJIFILM India launched the Ahmedabad edition of its Spectrum India Tour 2026, transforming the city into a vibrant hub for photographers, filmmakers, content creators and imaging enthusiasts.

After receiving an encouraging response in Gurugram, the travelling showcase has arrived in Ahmedabad with the promise of offering visitors a unique opportunity to not just see cutting-edge imaging technology, but to experience it first-hand. Built around the theme “Imagine. Create. Inspire.”, the three-day event celebrates creativity through live demonstrations, interactive experiences and hands-on access to Fujifilm’s complete imaging ecosystem.

Being held at the Navajivan Trust Campus from July 31 to August 2, the event features Touch & Try zones, curated image galleries, creator-led masterclasses, community engagement activities and live product demonstrations. The experience follows Fujifilm’s “Click to Print” philosophy, allowing visitors to witness the complete journey from capturing moments to bringing them to life through high-quality prints.

Speaking at the inauguration, Koji Wada, Managing Director, FUJIFILM India, said the overwhelming response to the Gurugram edition reaffirmed the growing appetite among Indian creators for meaningful learning experiences beyond product showcases. He noted that the Ahmedabad chapter reflects the company’s commitment to empowering creators while staying true to Fujifilm’s global purpose of “Giving our world more smiles.”

Highlighting Ahmedabad’s rich artistic heritage, Arun Babu, Associate Director, Imaging Solutions Division, FUJIFILM India, said the city provides the perfect backdrop for the Spectrum Tour. He added that visitors will be able to explore Fujifilm’s entire imaging portfolio, including the acclaimed X Series, GFX large-format cameras, instaxâ„¢, QuickSnap, optical devices and the ASK 400 dye-sublimation printer, alongside interactions with some of India’s leading visual storytellers.

The Ahmedabad edition offers dedicated experience zones covering street photography, travel, portraiture, cinema, premium imaging and vlogging. Visitors can also explore Fujifilm’s instant photography solutions, optical products and photo-printing technologies, while accessory partners showcase complementary imaging solutions.

One of the key attractions of the event is a series of sessions led by renowned photographers and Fujifilm X-Mentors. The programme includes Vivek Desai on storytelling, Arvind Patwal on content creation, Jatin Kampani’s Phantasmagoria, Aditya Varma on filmmaking with compact cameras and Prashant Godbole on the art of observation. Technical experts from Fujifilm will also conduct sessions on portfolio building and the company’s popular Film Simulation Recipes.

Visitors can participate in the engaging Experience Passport Challenge, where stamps collected across various activity zones unlock eligibility for Fujifilm merchandise giveaways. Interactive treasure hunts, portrait challenges and Shoot & Vlog contests using the Fujifilm X App further add to the excitement.

Beyond showcasing technology, Spectrum seeks to strengthen India’s growing community of visual creators through the Fujifilm X Academy, offering practical learning opportunities, mentorship and networking that extend well beyond the event itself.

A Strong Finish

With Ahmedabad emerging as the second stop after Gurugram, the Spectrum India Tour is steadily evolving into one of the country’s most significant platforms for photographers and content creators. By combining innovation, education and community under one roof, FUJIFILM is not merely exhibiting cameras—it is nurturing the next generation of visual storytellers and reinforcing its commitment to making world-class imaging experiences accessible across India.
