Gujarati cinema is set for a new Mumbai connection as renowned production house Scene to Scene Studios (3S Movies) makes its entry into the industry with its first Gujarati film, “Bachelor Daddy.” The title of the much-awaited family comedy-drama was unveiled at a grand event at Pride Plaza Hotel, Ahmedabad, marking the beginning of the production house’s Gujarati journey.
Known for its successful projects in Marathi and Hindi cinema, Mumbai-based Scene to Scene Studios has ambitious plans for the Gujarati market. The production house intends to produce two Gujarati films, with Bachelor Daddy being the first.

The title unveiling brought together the film’s producers, cast and technical team, who interacted with the media and shared their excitement about the project.
The film is being presented under the banner of 3S Movies, and is produced by Sanjana Vinod Tambe and Ashutosh Vinod Tambe. Hitesh Beldar and Umesh Harishchandra Tambe are the co-producers, while Shantanu Anant Tambe is directing the film.
A comedy designed for the entire family
Positioned as a complete family comedy-drama, Bachelor Daddy promises a generous dose of laughter, emotions and wholesome entertainment. The film brings together a mix of established and emerging Gujarati talent.
The lead cast includes Gaurav Paswala and Prem Gadhavi, paired with leading actresses Kathaa Patel and Prinal Oberoi. They are joined by Nisarg Trivedi, Jassi Dadi, Deepa Trivedi and Komal Panchal, who will play important roles in the film.
The presence of the entire lead cast at the title unveiling added to the excitement surrounding the project, with the actors expressing their enthusiasm about being part of the new Gujarati venture.
From Ahmedabad to London
What makes Bachelor Daddy particularly interesting is the scale of its planned production. The film will be shot across Ahmedabad and Rajasthan, before taking the story all the way to London.
The makers are also looking beyond the traditional Gujarati cinema market. The film is planned for release across Gujarat and Mumbai, as well as other parts of India and international overseas markets, with the aim of reaching Gujarati audiences across the world.
The technical team includes Amit Barot, who is composing the film’s music, Hiren Chitroda as editor, Amil Macwan handling costumes and Dipen Gohil as line producer.
With a Mumbai production house making a determined entry into Gujarati cinema, a family-oriented comedy at its centre and an international shooting and release plan, “Bachelor Daddy” is shaping up as an ambitious first Gujarati outing for Scene to Scene Studios.
The title unveiling event received an enthusiastic response from the media and guests, setting the stage for what the makers hope will be the beginning of a successful new chapter in Gujarati cinema.
