Former President of India Ram Nath Kovind praised the humanitarian initiatives of Narayan Seva Sansthan, Udaipur, describing its work for persons with disabilities as an inspiring example of service and social commitment. The camp was inaugurated by Kovind through a ceremonial lamp-lighting. He also interacted with beneficiaries and doctors to understand the fitting process.

Uttar Pradesh Social Welfare Minister Asim Arun, who presided over the programme, announced that the state government would provide land or a building to Narayan Seva Sansthan to expand its services for persons with disabilities across Uttar Pradesh. He appreciated the institution’s contribution towards bringing Divyangjan into the mainstream of society.

Narayan Seva Sansthan President Prashant Agarwal said the institution’s mission goes beyond providing artificial limbs and focuses on enabling persons with disabilities to lead dignified, confident and independent lives.
