Ahmedabad,  April 18: Gujarat’s young group of professionals with a taste and sound experience in construction and building industry join hands and heads and shape ‘Shyaswa’ a private company.

On Tuesday, formally a logo was launched by its directors at AMA, Ahmedabad.

Shyaswa Developers Pvt Ltd is an Ahmedabad, Gujarat based promoters company involved in various businesses like FMCG, Automobiles, Tobacco and Lighting Industry before entering Real Estate Sector. The group intends to expand its operations in Ahmedabad, Gujarat by bringing around 1000 to 1200 mix units of residences this year itself. The company directors chose “Shyaswa” since it is  derived from the word “Shashwat” which means, endless, Eternal, perpetual & constant.

Before establishing their new identity and  display their corporate identity and the logo, directors already were involved in similar activities along with other businesses for last ten years. They have successfully delivered eight projects (multi story residences & townships) in different cities of Gujarat multi-story residences & townships now entered Ahmedabad with two projects multi-story residences & have big plans for Ahmedabad Real Estate Market with around six to seven upcoming Projects. Thus, with a joint approach of a  new private limited company they are proud and enthusiastic to take up several new projects of housing in Ahmedabad.

CA Tejas Chhag – Managing Director,  Bhavesh Pandhi – Director,  Mitesh Chhag – Director,  Mihir Bhojani, Director & Amit Dahima – CEO were present to interact with the media.

Addressing a media conference  Amit Dahima, CEO of Shyaswa Developers Pvt Ltd said, “We are very excited to start our operations in Ahmedabad, Gujarat.  Although we are all associated with each other as builders and developers before since, yet, this identity of together to make ‘Shyaswa’  and give it a corporate look with a logo launch gives s more power and joy”.

“Currently we are working on two projects, in this, one project is Ultra Luxury Segment in Ahmedabad, Gujarat and will introduce our work with more investment in coming years. Also, Shyaswa Developers Pvt Ltd” will be the very first company from Gujarat to enter & establish its operations as a real estate developer in the Dubai market as well. We are entering the Dubai market as a developer in 2024 and this is very exciting for us. That’s important because we have global vision, we don’t limit us to any city base developers but we keen to be international developers” explained Dahima.

Tejas Chhag, Managing Director, Shyaswa Developers Pvt Ltd said, “to be among the top in the competitive real estate market requires constant improvement. Directors are working on almost Rs250 cr construction projects which are ongoing and are likely to shape up  as affordable and high end residential buildings. They expect to take up big projects of Rs 700 crore in the next round of construction. Directors are all in praise of government’s GIDC projects which they believe will fetch lot of multinationals and thereby new employment avenues and the housing is the prime need of the people. Hence, the idea of launching a fresh new joint effort of  Shyaswa Developers Pvt Ltd !
