Ahmedabad Center Reports 19.35% Result in CA Final, 10.62% in Intermediate, and 13% in Foundation Exams

Ahmedabad’s Priyal Jain Secures 18th and Parth Shah 28th Rank in CA Final; ICAI Announces May 2025 Exam Results

Ahmedabad, 7th July 2025: The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) has declared the results for the CA Final, Intermediate, and Foundation examinations held in May 2025.

ICAI Central Council Member, CA Purushottam Khandelwal, shared that the national pass percentage for both groups in the CA Final stands at 18.75%, up from 13.44% in November 2024. Group 1 recorded a 22.38% pass rate (previously 16.80%), while Group 2 reached 26.43% (up from 21.36%). Of the 29,286 students who appeared in both groups, 5,490 cleared the exams.

The Intermediate course results show a combined  pass percentage of 13.22%, slightly down from 14.05% in November 2024. Group 1 achieved a 14.67% result, and Group 2, 21.51%.

In the Foundation course, the all-India result dipped to 15.9%, from 21.52% in November 2024.

CA Nirav Agarwal, Chairman of ICAI Ahmedabad Branch, shared that Ahmedabad center recorded a 19.35% result in CA Final (May 2025). Group-wise, the results were 23.28% in Group 1 and 20.10% in Group 2. Remarkably, Ahmedabad’s Priyal Pramod Jain secured the 18th All India Rank, while Parth Amar Shah achieved the 28th rank.

In the Intermediate exams, the Ahmedabad center registered a 10.62% result for both groups. Group 1 stood at 13.99%, and Group 2 at 33.18%. In January 2025, the respective figures were 21.94%, 8.12%, and 31.56%. Notably, Kinjal Rajeshbhai Chaudhary secured the 29th rank, and Yug Anilkumar Patel achieved the 38th rank at the national level.

The CA Foundation course result at Ahmedabad center stood at 13%, a decline from 23.16% in January 2025.
