🌹 Queen’s Rose & Pistachio Milk Cake

A soft, fragrant dessert that feels luxurious and delicate—just like a celebration should.
Ingredients

1 cup all-purpose flour

1 tsp baking powder

½ cup sugar
-
½ cup milk
-
¼ cup oil or melted butter
-
1 tsp rose water
-
½ cup condensed milk
-
2 tbsp chopped pistachios

Dried rose petals for garnish
Instructions

Preheat oven to 180°C. Grease a small cake tin.

Mix flour, baking powder, and sugar in a bowl.

Add milk, oil/butter, and rose water. Mix until smooth.

Pour batter into the tin and bake 20–25 minutes.

Once baked, poke small holes and pour condensed milk over the warm cake.

Garnish with pistachios and rose petals.
💡 Serve slightly chilled for a rich, melt-in-the-mouth texture.
