🌹 Queen’s Rose & Pistachio Milk Cake

A soft, fragrant dessert that feels luxurious and delicate—just like a celebration should.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour

  • 1 tsp baking powder

  • ½ cup sugar

  • ½ cup milk

  • ¼ cup oil or melted butter

  • 1 tsp rose water

  • ½ cup condensed milk

  • 2 tbsp chopped pistachios

  • Dried rose petals for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C. Grease a small cake tin.

  2. Mix flour, baking powder, and sugar in a bowl.

  3. Add milk, oil/butter, and rose water. Mix until smooth.

  4. Pour batter into the tin and bake 20–25 minutes.

  5. Once baked, poke small holes and pour condensed milk over the warm cake.

  6. Garnish with pistachios and rose petals.

💡 Serve slightly chilled for a rich, melt-in-the-mouth texture.

💖 Goddess Creamy Pink Pasta

A creamy pink sauce pasta that looks beautiful and tastes comforting—perfect for a special meal.

Ingredients

  • 200 g penne pasta

  • 1 tbsp butter

  • 3 cloves garlic (minced)

  • 1 cup tomato puree

  • ½ cup fresh cream

  • ¼ cup grated cheese

  • Salt & pepper to taste

  • ½ tsp chili flakes

  • Fresh basil or coriander for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta in salted boiling water until al dente. Drain and keep aside.

  2. Heat butter in a pan and sauté garlic until fragrant.

  3. Add tomato puree and cook 3–4 minutes.

  4. Stir in cream, cheese, salt, pepper, and chili flakes.

  5. Add pasta and toss until coated in the creamy pink sauce.

  6. Garnish with basil or coriander.

💡 Serve hot with garlic bread for a restaurant-style treat.
