Fresh Vegetable & Protein Salad Bowl

A crisp salad is perfect for summer because it’s cooling and packed with nutrients.

What to include:

  • Cucumber, tomatoes, lettuce, bell peppers
  • Protein: chickpeas, paneer, tofu, or grilled chicken
  • Healthy fats: avocado or a few nuts
  • Dressing: lemon juice + olive oil + a pinch of salt/pepper

Light Khichdi (Moong Dal & Rice)

A simple, soft khichdi is one of the easiest and healthiest light dinners—especially in Indian summers.

  • Use minimal ghee and mild spices
