Kota/ Ahmedabad

ALLEN Career Institute has announced a major leadership transition by inducting Aviral Maheshwari, Anand Maheshwari, and Keshav Maheshwari to its Board of Directors, marking a significant step in the institution’s long-term vision of building a future-ready educational organisation for the next century.

The appointments reflect ALLEN’s continued focus on strengthening governance, institutional leadership, and innovation while preserving the values established by its founders over nearly four decades. The expanded Board will combine founder-led guidance, professional management, and next-generation leadership to steer the institute through its next phase of growth.

Announcing the development, Founder Govind Maheshwari said the institution has achieved remarkable growth through the dedication and shared values of its entire team. He expressed confidence that the new generation of Directors would bring fresh energy and innovation while carrying forward ALLEN’s mission of educating students across India.

Founder Rajesh Maheshwari said the newly appointed Directors possess a deep understanding of the organisation, having worked across key functions within ALLEN. Their perspectives, coupled with the experience of the existing Board and leadership team, would contribute significantly to the institute’s long-term vision of becoming an enduring educational institution.

Founder Naveen Maheshwari extended his best wishes to the new Directors and said the founders would continue supporting the Board and leadership team in an advisory role, sharing their experience and guidance as the organisation enters a new chapter.

Accepting his appointment, Aviral Maheshwari described the role as both a privilege and a responsibility. He said his priorities would include strengthening ALLEN’s academic legacy while investing further in technology-enabled learning, faculty development, student well-being, and robust governance practices.

Anand Maheshwari said his primary commitment would remain towards students and faculty. He emphasised the growing role of technology in education and said his focus would be on integrating digital innovation with academic excellence to improve learning outcomes and prepare students for future opportunities.

Speaking on the occasion, Keshav Maheshwari said the institution’s values had shaped his own journey and expressed his commitment to expanding ALLEN’s reach to deserving students across India and overseas. He added that the organisation would continue embracing emerging technologies, including artificial intelligence, while remaining rooted in its core educational philosophy.

Congratulating the new Directors, Board Director Uday Shankar said ALLEN’s strengthened governance structure reflects the institution’s commitment to evolving with changing times. He noted that the combination of founder experience, next-generation leadership, and professional management under CEO Nitin Kukreja would help ensure continuity while fostering innovation.
