GTU School of Management Studies Inaugurates ‘ABHIGAM-2026’ Orientation Program for Newly Admitted BBA Students

The Gujarat Technological University (GTU) – School of Management Studies (GSMS)
successfully inaugurated 'ABHIGAM-2026', the Orientation Program for the newly
admitted Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) Batch (2026–2030), on 14th July
2026.
The four-day orientation programme, scheduled from 14th to 17th July 2026, has been
designed to introduce students to the University’s academic ecosystem, program structure,
institutional values, and campus facilities while helping them smoothly transition into
University life.
Addressing the gathering, Dr. Rajesh Jain, Director, GSMS, warmly welcomed the students
and motivated them to make the best use of the academic, professional, and extracurricular
opportunities available at Gujarat Technological University.
The inaugural session featured inspiring talks by Rohit Sharma, Managing Director,
Mecca Healthcare Pvt. Ltd., and Jvanil Joshi, Founder & CEO, KRJ Solutions
LLP, who shared valuable insights on leadership, entrepreneurship, innovation, and career
development. Their interactions encouraged students to cultivate a growth mindset and
prepare themselves for future professional challenges.
The orientation program is being organized under the visionary leadership of Hon’ble
Vice-Chancellor Dr. Rajul K. Gajjar. The School of Management Studies also expressed
its sincere gratitude to Dr. KN Kher, Registrar, GTU, for his continuous guidance and
Administrative support in the successful organization of ABHIGAM-2026.
The program will continue until 17th July 2026, featuring expert lectures, interactive
learning sessions, campus visits, and student engagement activities aimed at providing a
strong academic foundation and enriching the overall learning experience of the new
admitted BBA students.
