NSE issues “Caution for Investors”

Mumbai, Jan 24:  It has come to the attention of the Exchange that an entity named Gurukrupa Finance and a Telegram channel called Gurukrupa Finance Channel (Link: https://t.me/Gurukripafinance) are involved in unauthorized activities related to the securities market.

These activities are reportedly conducted by individuals Working Yes, Nitin Kumar (Mobile: 6376631305) and Saawi (Mobile: 9886899523), who claim to be associated with Stock Tech.

They are allegedly offering securities market tips, promising assured returns on share market investments, and encouraging investors to share their trading account login credentials.

Advisory to Investors

Investors are strongly cautioned against subscribing to any schemes or products that claim to offer indicative or guaranteed returns in the stock market, as such practices are prohibited by law. Additionally, investors should never share their trading account details, such as user ID and password, with any third party.

The aforementioned individuals or entities are not registered as members, authorized persons, or recognized entities under the National Stock Exchange of India (NSE). This portal provides details on authorized trading members and designated client bank accounts for investor transactions. Investors should verify such details before engaging with any individual or entity.
