Ahmedabad, March 1: What is happiness? Despite knowing that we want to have love, peace and satisfaction in life, why don’t we get it? What stops us to be happy? Such questions are answered by spiritual guru Sri Sri Ravi Shankar in his lecture series and training workshops. His trained leaders under the umbrella of ‘Art of Living’ try to reach out to people and lend a helping hand making their lives worthy, meaningful and happy.

When the nation and the world was under the clutch of Covid-19, people of our country were also affected, some too much while others little less. But, this monster called Covid-19 pandemic left deep scar on the body, attitudes, moods, thinking and psychology. This scare if not removed becomes fatal and is not good for mankind to lead a normal happy life in the post-covid time.

Sri Sri Ravi Shankar in his attempt to see the world happy once again decided to take up a pan India tour and address human anxiety and stress busting task. Therefore a series of workshops were organised by his Centres of Art of Living through co-ordinators and leaders in various cities and places of Gujarat. The workshops as they say is the best investment of your life in just 20 hours of your time spread among three days.

The Art of Living is a non-profit, educational and humanitarian organization founded in 1981 by the world-renowned humanitarian and spiritual leader Sri Sri Ravi Shankar. He has brought yoga, meditation, and practical wisdom to millions of people in 180 countries.
